Bees & Beans, based in Portland, Oregon, is a gourmet confectionery founded in 2010 by Faith Dionne, a chef with a passion for using honey as the ideal sweetener. In 2016, skilled pastry chef Andrea Marks took over the company, continuing the tradition of using local ingredients and honey in their Pacific Northwest-inspired delicacies. Bees & Beans reinvented the classic candy bar by replacing candy coatings with top-quality domestic dark chocolate, using local honey instead of corn syrup, and showcases the best regional butter, cream, sea salt, hazelnuts, and other regional nuts. Their handmade treats are created in small batches and feature the finest local ingredients from the Pacific Northwest, all wrapped in eco-friendly packaging.
