As you may have heard, Jerry and Joanne Kryszek have been discussing retirement since the spring of 2023. Last summer, they made the decision to sell the business to their niece, Casey Faber and her husband, Skyler Munro.

The transition is now complete, please welcome the new owners, Casey and Skyler! Casey actually wrote the first version of Chocosphere's website in 1998 at the age of 15 and continues writing code for a high-tech firm. Skyler has extensive experience with ecommerce, inventory and shipping logistics. They are working together to create a new website for Chocosphere, which they hope to launch this summer. There are so many comments about the site being nostalgic, which is a polite way to say it's dated.

A big thanks to all of you who have supported Jerry & Joanne from the very beginning! 25 years after embarking on their quest for the finest chocolates (with a trip around Europe in a Volvo they purchased abroad), Jerry and Joanne are looking forward to retirement. Chocosphere was their "baby", and they are delighted that the "baby" will remain in the family. Jerry and Joanne will be available to Skyler and Casey for guidance for some months to come.

Our number one committment is providing the same level of customer service that has become synoymous with Chocosphere. Fourtunately, that goal will be much easier given the fact that the entire team of warehouse personnel are remaining onboard (yay!). We are grateful to JP, MeLissa and Trent for their years of knowledge and of course their high standards of customer service! We hope to inspire the same sense of loyalty you had with Jerry and Joanne. We look forward to all the chocolate tastings to come, so we can share what we've learned with you!
